Overall, the room is very good! Front desk service is fine. Parking requires skill, but when I left, my car was a commercial vehicle! I didn't drive into the underground garage. While the car was cooling down, I asked the service to pass my room card to the front desk. A supervisor refused, saying I had to do it myself. Then a male staff member with glasses came out from the basement and helped me! I felt very warm and experienced five-star service! When he saw me off, my car showed a parking fee. He ran over, took a photo of my plate, and asked me to reverse and go through the gate again. Then it was fine, and he said goodbye. I opened the window to thank him. His name tag said he was front desk Lao Zhang.
