The hotel location is absolutely perfect! Step out and you're at Luoyang Ancient City. All kinds of restaurants, snack shops, and Hanfu styling shops are available. Eating, shopping, and styling are all in one place, making travel very convenient. The service was also heartwarming. The customer service lady was warm and thoughtful, reserved a parking spot in advance, and even escorted us to our room after check-in. The whole experience was top-notch.
