The hotel is really nice. I suddenly wanted to go to Luoyang and booked it with a friend. She chose this hotel, and it's overall very upscale. The room facilities are great and very smart. Great value for money. Breakfast is also very good, buffet style. The gym and laundry are together, both self-service. The front desk lady and the manager were very, very nice. We later extended for a half-day room. It was a great experience, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit! Very good. This was my first time visiting Luoyang, and I stayed at this hotel. It's close to all the scenic spots, and you can take an e-bike directly. The environment is nice, clean and tidy, and it makes you feel comfortable. Breakfast is also good, the noodles are delicious. Recommended for check-in.

I booked this hotel for this trip. The location is excellent, close to restaurants and attractions without detours. Check-in was fast, and the front desk lady was very patient and recommended local food. Before booking, I saw some negative reviews about poor soundproofing, but I later found out it's because many guests leave their doors open while chatting, playing games, or playing cards, making a lot of noise. It's not a hotel hardware issue. Overall, I had a comfortable week-long stay.

I rarely write reviews because I'm lazy, but the hotel is overall great! Highly recommended! First, the location is excellent, with convenient public transportation nearby. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Lijingmen. Second, it's new, the rooms are spacious, and the facilities are relatively complete. The price is also very affordable. I was pleasantly surprised at this price point. If there's anything to improve, it's that breakfast doesn't have a coffee machine, and only two machines work in the laundry room. Otherwise, everything is great. Luoyang is also a lot of fun.

Cleanliness: The lobby felt normal, but when I got to the floor and exited the elevator, the layout was very strange. The corridor was dimly lit, looking both clean and dirty. The carpet wasn't very dirty, but I was shocked to see a guest squatting on the floor smoking and flicking ash into the flower bed by the door. Fortunately, the room was clean and tidy, with decent Chinese-style decoration. However, there were bugs and mosquitoes in the bed. Sigh, there are always small issues. Breakfast was terrible... But there's a beef soup place nearby (picture 4), within walking distance! Overall, great value for money, and the location is super convenient!

This Tingbo Hotel near Luoyi Ancient City and Yingtianmen is a gem I found on this trip! The location is excellent, close to Yingtianmen, Luoyi Ancient City, and Lijingmen. You can see stunning night views on an evening walk. The hotel itself is full of surprises. Newly opened in 2025, with brand-new facilities and super convenient smart control throughout the room. Lights and curtains can be controlled with a single command. The room is incredibly clean, with a separate wet and dry area, and the bedding is so soft you won't want to get up. Special praise for the front desk service, warm and attentive, and they upgraded my room for free. The amenities are also complete: a large free parking lot, very friendly for self-driving tourists.

I compared many hotels before booking and finally chose Tingbo. The hotel is at a street corner, quite new. Although it's on a main road, it's not noisy. It's not far from Lijingmen, Tiantang Mingtang, Yingtianmen, Luoyi Ancient City, and Shizi Street, a 15-30 minute walk. The location is particularly comfortable, with a proper sense of distance. I'm glad I didn't choose a hotel right next to Yingtianmen, as the traffic and crowds there must be noisy. The original room at Tingbo had no window, but the beautiful and gentle front desk lady upgraded our room. It was great, with a separate wet and dry bathroom and large, bright windows.
