I've stayed here many times. After checking online, I found out this place was converted from the former Tianqi Hospital. No wonder the front door looks like a hospital entrance. It finally explains why the bus stop is called Tianqi Hospital but there's no hospital. Anyway, on the side facing the road, you can see trains and bullet trains on the Zhongchuan Intercity and Lanqing lines, which is perfect for taking photos by the window. For public transportation enthusiasts, this alone deserves full marks. Downstairs is the Tianqi Cultural Tourism Park, and the scenery is quite nice.

From the window, you can see the Zhongchuan Intercity Railway and the Lanqing Railway. Sitting on the train, Tuke City Hotel is also the first thing you see after exiting the tunnel west of Lanzhou West Station. In the room, hearing the whoosh of bullet trains/regular trains passing by while sleeping at night or relaxing during the day is really very pleasant!
