This stay was absolutely fantastic, everything was satisfactory! Front desk: Xiao Han was enthusiastic and efficient, patiently informing us about hotel facilities and breakfast times. Since we arrived late, they had our room ready and also told us about nearby attractions. They responded promptly to any issues and provided thoughtful service. Room: The room was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The Hape kids' room is highly recommended, full of children's favorite elements like tents, toys, cars, picture books, bunk beds, and stickers. The kids had a great time. We booked lake view rooms, and the interior ambiance was beautiful, with a lovely night view from the small balcony. We booked four rooms for four people. The room originally included one breakfast per person, but when two friends visited, we asked the front desk gentleman. He was very polite and gave us two complimentary breakfast vouchers. I saw his name tag: Lin Zixiang, same name as the Hong Kong singer. No wonder he was so courteous and friendly.

Without the anxiety of a tight schedule, just relaxing in the room and listening to music was worth the price. ✅ Heated pool There's a dedicated shallow area, the water is clean, and lifeguards are on duty. Floating in the water, letting go of all the workweek fatigue, is what adults need.

Surrounded by mountains and water, the scenery is nice, but the room was a bit humid, and the bedding wasn't dry enough; the pillowcases had a damp smell. There was no hand soap or bar soap in the room. We asked for soap, but there was no soap dish. During breakfast peak hours, there wasn't enough staff. The hardware is good, and the lobby lounge has an unobstructed view. The twin beds are 1.35m, suitable for family trips.
