First time here, full of great experience! The room is clean and tidy, voice control works smoothly. On rainy days, kids love watching cartoons in the room. The service is also great, both the front desk ladies and the hallway staff are friendly, and any issues are resolved promptly. High value for money in Hangzhou. Came for an exhibition, and colleagues all said this hotel was a great choice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is on the first floor with a comfortable dining environment. After eating, you can grab a cab and head out. Very good.
